This Simple Process Can Transform Your Life

Whether this intelligence works for you or works against you, you will determine the nature of your life.   We can teach you one simple process. Just do this, life will change dramatically.   An intelligence that you have never thought possible will become yours.

Empty space has certain intelligence whether this intelligence works for you or works against. You will determine the nature of your life, whether you are a blessed being or one who is going to be freaked and buggered around for the rest of your life.

It simply depends on how this akashic intelligence (empty space) behaves with you for no reason people are being hammered around by life. Isn’t it for no reason?   Some people seem to be blessed with everything.

It is not for no reason, it is your ability, either consciously or unconsciously your ability to be able to get the cooperation of this larger intelligence.

The earth is spinning as is the solar system, everything you know it is all held in place only by the akashic intelligence. You are sitting in your place, not because of yourself not because you got bums to sit on.

You are sitting in your place only because the empty space is holding you in place.   You think it’s, your buttock, it’s, not your butt. It is the akashic which is holding you in place.

If you know how to bring it to your cooperation, if you know how to get the cooperation of the akashic into your life, this will be a blessed life.

Sometime during the day, any time look up and bow down again after it sets once again look up and bow down, not to some god up there just to the empty space for holding you in place. For today. Just do this life will change dramatically.

One peak experience: have you noticed this your body in gratitude physically, without even your awareness becomes like this because somewhere there is a recognition. There is an intelligence here that recognizes that you consciously do this three times a day.

If you get, cooperation from this life will happen in magical ways and intelligence that you have never thought possible will become yours, because an intelligence that is beyond your understanding and grasp is right.

Your thought, your emotion, your hormones have engaged you so much that looking up never occurs paying attention to something beyond never occurs because these little things have taken you over.

All this happening. So many fantastic things happening in the cosmos today that are absolutely miraculous and fantastic ways, but one little negative thought is worming through your head and that keeps you engaged,

Find a mindfulness practice that will support you in staying on this path of a calm mind and your desires will come to be.

How to Benefit From Meditate Even if You Can’t Sit Still

Yes, you can gain the benefits of meditation even if you can’t sit still.

Do you want to meditate, but have trouble sitting still? That was and continues to be me. It is especially challenging when the facilitator prescribes a very specific way of sitting and where to put my hands. For many adults, the most difficult part of meditation is finding a way to sit or lay down that is comfortable and in which they can stay without moving for at least 20 minutes, frequently much longer. Maybe your legs start or your back or neck begins to throb. You may need to shift around frequently. Regardless of what is keeping you from settling into a comfortable position, it’s difficult to still your mind when it feels like your body is refusing to cooperate.

Studies show that moving during meditation has its advantages, including burning more calories and living longer. On the other hand, excessive movements while you are meditating can distract from your meditation being as powerful as it can be.

Luckily, you can enjoy the mental and physical health benefits of meditation even if you are unable to find a comfortable resting space. Start with these proven strategies that will help you feel more at ease during meditation.

1. Prepare yourself. Switching gears quickly from driving or during a busy day to sitting or lying still can be a struggle. Smooth out the transition. When possible spend some time before your meditation preparing for your session. This could be as simple as 3 deep, intentional breaths as you get out of the car into the meditation space.

2. Remember your purpose. Moving can be an indication of boredom or lack of engagement. Remind yourself why meditation is important to you. If you must move your body due to physical discomfort do this keeping your mind focused on the meditation.

3. Fold your hands. In meditation, we are frequently asked to have our palms on our laps facing upwards. If this does not work for your body change your hand positions. Just pressing your hands together can encourage you to be still. Experiment with different hand positions.

4. Hold something. Holding something in your hands makes it less likely you’ll engage in movements.  You can use traditional prayer beads or any small object like a crystal.

5. Touch a wall. The desire to move during meditation can be associated with nervousness or anxiety, which is especially troublesome if meditation sometimes brings up disturbing emotions for you. Sitting with your back against a wall can help you feel supported.

6. Keep practicing. Being distracted by the desire to move during meditation is like any habit. Each time you manage to overcome this desire, you’re training yourself to make positive changes in all areas of your life.

7. Respect your limits. Just as with any new physical practice you many need to start with a shorter period of time.  You are much more likely to succeed if you start for shorter periods and increase over time.

How to Meditate When Your Body Does Not Seem to Cooperate

Very few adults can sit in a full lotus position when first learning to meditate.  Give your body permission to let you know what it needs and adjust accordingly.

Use these strategies to loosen up before meditating.

1. Stretch regularly. Stretching will help you become more flexible and will open up your hips and shoulders.   Even what may seem to be the smallest movements will be hugely beneficial

2. Do yoga.  Many say that they can’t fit a yoga class into their already busy schedules.   Learning just a few poses and practicing them regularly can be a significant help in keeping you flexible.  YouTube has a large number of yoga videos.  If you do have some physical issues search for “restorative yoga”.

3. Warm-up. Heat can make your body instantly feel more flexible.   If you are meditating at home take a warm shower first.  If you out rub your hands over your legs and arms to stimulate your circulation before meditation.  During meditation, our bodies tend to cool down so it is very helpful to have a shawl or a blanket either on you or close by before you meditate.

4. Sit up straight. Proper alignment relieves aches and pains.   Check that you are sitting with your weight on the center of your sit bones. Relax your shoulders and lift your chest.

5. Use props.  Especially in any type of restorative process props during meditation can become your best friends.  They can be household pillows and blankets or cushions and bolster made specifically for meditation.

6. Listen to your body. Any modification can be beneficial if it helps you to focus. Sit on a chair or on a cushion. Stand up or move around when you need to.

With a few simple adjustments, you can meditate comfortably even if you tend to be restless or have trouble touching your toes. Bring greater happiness and peace into your life by developing a regular practice.

Are You Following Your Own Path, or Someone Else’s?

It’s not easy to find your way through the world. You might have interests that don’t coincide with the values of your parents or with those of western society.

It’s important to remember that everyone is different, and while the status quo might work for the majority of the population, it doesn’t work for everyone.

To have a truly fulfilling life, you must live it on your own terms.

There are plenty of forces willing to tell you what your path should be:

  1.  Parents. Your parents want you to be happy and successful. Many of them also want to be able to brag to their friends about their children. They also don’t want to be supporting you financially when you’re in your 30’s.
  • Parents tend to be practical in their advice. Just remember that you’d have a similar life to them if you followed their advice. That might be good or bad.
  • Keep in mind that you are not the same as your parents. You also have your own life to live.

2.  Educational system. The educational system wants to turn out productive people into society that conform to their ways of thinking. This                   might be great for society, but it might not be in your best interests.

  • What if you want to be a rockstar, or take a few years to travel and write a book, own a llama farm, or become a Buddhist monk in Sri Lanka? Your school guidance counselor might be less than supportive.

2.  Society as a whole. We live in a society that values achievement, financial resources, and personal possessions. We’re                           supposed to get married to a beautiful partner, have a few kids, and live in the suburbs.

  • It’s natural to want to play that game, even if it doesn’t quite suit our true nature. It’s nice to have the admiration of society. Our egos crave this type of recognition.
  • But the type of life dictated by society isn’t a good fit for everyone. There are plenty of people that are highly successful by society’s criteria that are absolutely miserable.

Plenty of people are willing to influence your choice of lifestyle and career. It’s unlikely their advice will be optimal for you. Be an individual and find the path that works best for you.

Find and follow your own path with these strategies:

  1. Ask yourself what you really want to do. Don’t say that you don’t know, because you do know. You’re just afraid to allow it to see the light of day. You might be concerned what others think, or you might be afraid that you’re not capable of doing it. Deep down, you know what you want.
  •  Ask yourself what you would do if you could do anything, and then listen to the answer.

     2.  Decide that you’re going to follow your path. One of the biggest obstacles to success is failing to make a true                  decision. A decision only occurs when you shut yourself off to other possibilities. If you frequently change your mind,              you’re not making true decisions.

    3.  Make a plan. Set up a schedule of daily tasks that will bring you closer to living the life that you have              chosen. You’re practically guaranteed success provided you don’t give up.

Your life is your responsibility. If you find yourself stuck living someone else’s definition of success, you’ll find yourself all alone. The people that influenced you to live this way will be off living their own lives.

Take control of your destiny and find your own path. Your life will be more interesting, more satisfying, and uniquely your own!

5 Ways to Achieve Work-Life Balance Using Law of Attraction Mindfulness and Meditation

Work plays an important role in our lives. As adults, we tend to spend the majority of our time at our jobs or wording in our businesses.  Many of us start working at 16 and work straight through retirement.  Some of us get so caught up in our work that we miss out on cherishing the truly important parts of our lives such as relationships and health.  I was one of those!

If you are anything like me your word day does not end at 5:00.  As a small business owner, I must work “in my business”, seeing clients and writing reports, and “on my business”, creating and distributing marketing materials and bookkeeping.

The Law of Attraction is the knowing that the universe creates and provides for you that which your conscious and unconscious thoughts are focused on.

It is a universal law that states “Like always attracts like.” The results of positive thoughts are always positive consequences. The same holds true for negative thoughts, always leading to bad outcomes.

I consider myself a “recovering workaholic”.  I have always loved my work.  Each day was and is a joy.  Whether you are like me, working 50+ hours a week, or really don’t enjoy how you make a living the results can be the same.

Whether your conscious or unconscious thoughts are “I can’t wait to get a new job, I hate it here”, or “I love what I do but I am too exhausted to work more than my 12 hour days and there is so much to do” the results can be the same.

What is the answer?  It is making work-life balance a priority.

How can we ensure that our time, energy, and attention is used in a balanced and effective manner? What is the best way to support ourselves in creating an effective work-life balance?

Mindfulness and meditation are known to provide the most sustainable support for balancing work and the other things in our life.

Try these strategies to use mindfulness and meditation to help you achieve a healthy work-life balance:

  1. Cultivate calmness and tranquility. In order to make wiser decisions and work smarter instead of harder, it’s important to be calm and composed. This quality can be cultivated through a simple practice of meditation.
  • At least 15 minutes of this practice, if performed consistently, can make a significant difference in the way we do things at our homes and offices.
  • Being calm enables us to obtain confidence and to develop trust within ourselves, others, and the world in general.
  • This powerful resource serves us in making better choices about how we spend our time, energy and attention, leading to better work-life balance.

What makes you lose your calm? What kind of consequences are you facing when you make decisions that are rushed and made under the influence of stress? What can you do to cultivate more inner peace at work? And at your home?  Here are some thoughts.

  • Become a master of your mind. We tend to pay more attention to taking care of our bodies than our minds. In fact, we often take our mind for granted. The result is that we end up living a life where the mind is in control of our lives instead of the other way around.
  • What we experience as life is basically just a creation of our minds. Even though it may seem that our destiny depends on external circumstances, the truth is that the way we perceive those circumstances determines our experience.
  • Being a master of your mind allows you to create your own desirable circumstances and to place them into a balance that works for you. Mind mastery can be achieved through a daily mindfulness and meditation practice.
  • Observe and express your needs. A significant part of our frustration, stress, and suffering in life comes from our unmet needs. When we work too much, or too little, we can end up neglecting our well being. Greater awareness of our needs brings a better balance and more satisfaction in our lives.
  • What unmet needs do you experience at your workplace? Even if you dislike your workplace you may not be able to immediately be able to state your needs.  It may be the physical environment, work load, the relationship with superiors or subordinates, expectations or something else.  What can you do about meeting them? What is your current state of well being from 1-10 (1 being poor. 10 excellent)? What can you do to make it a 10 in this work place or another?
  • When you’re balanced and can meet the needs of your body, mind, and spirit, your energy levels rise and vitality increases, so you can start living in tune with your values, principles, and purpose.
  • Respond instead of react. The highest level of mastery over mind can be seen as an ability to respond instead of react.
  • There’s a huge difference between the two. Reacting is like being on autopilot, letting your emotions control what you say or do next. Responding, on the other hand, presents a conscious, calm, and constructive action that promotes resolutions of conflicts.
  • To respond means to be in control of your own thoughts and behaviors. It helps you to be in charge of your life and supports you in setting and sticking to your priorities, such as a healthy work-life balance.
  • An ability to respond requires you to be present in the moment as much as possible.
  • Save some time for self-care. Our work, friends, partners, and kids all need our care, energy, and attention. But where does this energy come from? How can we keep on giving?
  • If you want to be there for others in a healthy and sustainable way, it’s crucial for you to save some time for self-care: to slow down, relax, and engage in pleasurable activities that renew your energy and restore your spirit.
  • “Self-care is never a selfish act – it is simply good stewardship of the only gift I have, the gift I was put on earth to offer others. Anytime we can listen to true self and give the care it requires, we do it not only for ourselves, but for the many others whose lives we touch.” ― Parker J. Palmer

Caring about your well being and incorporating a few of these mindful ideas can support you in achieving greater levels of harmony in your personal and professional life.

Which one will you try first?

I am curious, do you meditate and/or have any life enhancing daily practices? I have been “Living Law of Attraction” for a long time and more recently added meditation. Have Your Meditated In the Past And Let Your Practice Go? Have You Heard About Meditation and Thought About Starting It?

We are drawn to meditation for many different reasons. Some of us start the journey of meditation because of a doctor’s recommendation, seeking health benefits such as lowered blood pressure, stress reduction, and restful sleep, to enhance the physical well being.

Some of us look to meditation when seeking relief from the fearful, angry, painful, envious, or self- endangering or plainly futile thoughts that constantly flood our minds.

In other words, we are drawn to meditation to enhance our emotional well being.

Some of us want to create healthy relationships in our social world. Some of us want to create abundance and prosperity in the material world. Still, some of us come to meditation in search of greater self-understanding and expanded states of consciousness, in order to enhance our spiritual well being.

It is accurate to say that the purpose of meditation depends on the meditator—but it is also true that anyone who meditates regularly receives profound benefits on all of these levels: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. As Dr. Deepak Chopra says:

Meditation isn’t a random or chaotic experience. On the contrary, it is a systematic process that allows the mind to experience its non-local source, the field of pure potentiality. That is why meditation can be taught and why it produces repeatable results. The purpose of meditation is to be here now, at this moment. It doesn’t require a special diet, effort, ethics, religion, culture or concentration. All you need to learn to meditate is to: Let go, Stop trying and most importantly Understand that meditation is effortless.

When we are not trying to do anything and are not thinking about the past or the future, or analyzing and judging, our mind will naturally and spontaneously settle into the inner silence of meditation.

When we meditate, we create peace, calm and stillness in our body, and mind that helps us to connect with our ever-present inner stillness, which is the source of all infinite creativity, infinite potentiality, and infinite contentedness, manifesting in our lives through us.

During meditation connecting to that silent source and bringing our awareness in utter calmness to what we truly want? whether it be material, physical, emotional, social or spiritual, it can help us bring clarity and helps us manifest that which we truly want to enhance peace, love, health, and prosperity in our life.

Suffering From Anxiety, Stress, Frustration? Meditation Helps Balance Emotions

In addition to several benefits one sees by the regular practice of meditation, meditation is also a  powerful support to call upon, when it comes to relieving emotional distress such as anxiety, depression, and chronic resentment or regret. As scientific studies show, once we meditate, breathing slows, blood pressure decreases, and stress hormone levels fall.

Though our bodies are quiet and in a  resting state during meditation, our mind is awake.

It’s wonderful to know that we don’t need to repress what we feel internally in order to feel inner peace!

In fact, repressing emotions never leads to emotional freedom but only adds to the accumulation of toxicity in the body.

By not repressing or fixating on emotions, they can move through and from the body.

Regular meditation practice allows us to spend more and more time in peace and the silence of pure awareness. It becomes simple to let go of old patterns of feeling and thinking as this sense of spaciousness expands in your everyday life.

We start to gain some distance from our stressers, as we put our focus on our breath, a mantra, or a different object of meditation.

There is a calming of the internal commotion as we start to witness our mental activity, without trying to resist or change it. Over time one will begin to notice that some distance was made around the emotional state.

We begin to see that there is more to who we are than our thoughts, and we might observe the sensations associated with the state in which the negative dissolve altogether.

Let’s allow ourselves to cultivate a regular practice of meditation.

What Is The Law Of Attraction And How My Friend Used It To Go From A Minimal Wage Job To A Highly Successful Business?

Suzanne Ascioti-Plange

Jan 7 · 4 min read

I met my new neighbor a few years ago. She seemed like a relatively happy person who hated her job. I shared Law of Attraction with her and it changed her life forever!!!
I have been consciously using Law of Attraction for many years and I know that it works. Why did I say consciously? Stay tuned.
Here are a few of my personal manifestations
Sold a house in a down market with just a “for sale” sign on the lawn.
Way before anyone was working at home my career as a national healthcare consultant started when I was working at a hospital. The administrator wanted to promote me. I was a young mom and said that I would only take the job if I could set my own schedule and work at home when I needed to. She agreed. This was before e-mail, conference calls and any electronic communications other than fax.
Started own consulting company with just 6 weeks of work. I worked solid for 8 years until I decided to join a national firm.
I met my ideal life partner (after a divorce) when I was in my 50s.

Why did I say I consciously used Law of Attraction? Because Law of Attraction is always working.
Law of Attraction states that we attract into our lives what ever we give our attention, energy and focus to whether wanted or unwanted. -Michael Losier
The Law of Attraction states that negative attracts negative and positive attracts positive.
If we want the Law of Attraction to provide us with positive rewards, joy, and happiness, here are some simple strategies I shared with my friend and they will work for you as well.
1. Always give thanks. For us to live the Law of Attraction on a continuous basis, we must always give gratitude. What this means is that, no matter what we have up to this point in time, we must profess thanks for it.
· If you sincerely practice this on a continuous basis, you’ll be rewarded with many positive things.
· A good way to practice this on a daily basis is to give thanks each day upon rising and at night before going to bed. At these times of the day, our subconscious mind is most receptive.
· Proclaiming gratitude keeps us humble and reminds us of all the good things in our lives.

2. Escape negative thoughts and feelings. More than likely your life is extremely hectic and stress-filled. It’s easy to become frustrated and negative about a lot of issues and situations. According to the principles of the Law of Attraction, we must redirect these feelings immediately. Remember that positive attracts positive, but we also must not forget that negative attracts negative.
· Because of this, if we focus only on the negative, we’ll only attract negative things back into our existence. For example, if you’re in a long supermarket line, instead of thinking about how much you hate food shopping, think of your kids’ faces when you make their favorite meal.
Many of us cannot identify and change these limiting beliefs on our own. In tomorrows story I will share how to identify these and the next day how to change them.
· There are many people in this world who live a positive existence; those are the kind of people you must emulate.
3. Voice what you want. As per the Law of Attraction, if you request something, it will be brought to you. Do you want happy children, more money, love, and a well-paid job? All this can be yours, but you need to request this through your subconscious.
· For instance, if you’d like love brought into your existence, you must truly picture yourself with love in your life.
Imagine how happy you are, the smiles on your faces, and enjoying things together. If you want to own a business as my friend and I did imagine returning home each say feeling satisfied that you made a difference in the lives of your customers and their customers as well as are making a great living!
· Just remember that you must request this sincerely. Only true positive energy will attract back more positive things. You can’t fake it!

The Law of Attraction proves to us that our subconscious is a powerful tool. It’s a tool that can provide us with everything our heart desires if we know how to use it correctly. Incorporate the principles of the Law of Attraction, and with an open heart, you can have a happy and fulfilling life.
Remember, tomorrow I will share how to identify any limiting beliefs that you may have and the next day how to change them.

BONUS: Passion and Purpose — E-book and More
Passion is much more than dreams of great things and following your bliss. It is energy. Passion requires reserves of energy that are replenished as you feed your dreams through accomplishments. That feeling of power, drive, energy and borderline obsession required to achieve your dreams is passion.
How would your life be different if you knew your passion and purpose and were moving toward it each and every day?

I lost my best friend and felt like my life was over. I recovered and you can too.

Hi, I am Sue Ascioti-Plange from MechanicsOfManifestation.com.

When a romantic relationship breaks up, you can expect lots of sympathy from your family and friends. They may not even notice, however, when a friendship ends. Even though friendships are essential to our well-being, we often fail to give them the attention they deserve. That’s especially difficult when you start drifting away from an old friend or have a major fight with your best buddy. This story illustrates my experience of losing a best friend and how I recovered.

I wish I had known these tips when I was younger and allowed myself to lose a very close friend because I did not agree with who she was marrying. Guess what…she chose him and I was devastated.

If you’re angry or upset because a friendship is over, study these tips for dealing with your feelings and moving on.

Here are some thoughts that I wish I knew years ago. I hope they will keep you from experiencing the lost of a friendship and provide guidance and support if you do find yourself in this situation.

1. Embrace change.

Most friendships naturally bloom and fade as you move from one stage of life to the next. Recognize the milestones in your life like graduating college and becoming a parent. Celebrate your progress even when it means moving in new circles.

2. Spot your patterns.

Be honest about your role in how your relationships end.Maybe you’ll want to handle things differently.

3. Acknowledge conflict.

Ending a relationship is sometimes a wise choice, but sometimes we lose valuable relationships because we’re afraid to address sensitive issues. Learning to resolve conflicts may help you to resurrect your friendship or be better prepared for your next challenge.

4. Cherish your memories.

You can remember the happy times even if you stop hanging out together. Hold onto those funny stories and favorite photos.

5. Think objectively.

Maybe you’re taking things too personally. When you see the friendship more clearly, you may realize that you have done nothing that you need to regret.

6. Consider counseling.

If time passes and you’re still feeling distressed, you may want to speak with a professional therapist. They can help you to get to the bottom of what’s bothering you and change your behavior.

7. Decide in advance if it is worth it.

Don’t follow what I did so many years ago. I lost a very close friendship because I had too many opinions about her fiance. It was a devastating loss for me and they are still married! FOR ME THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT POINT IN THIS STORY. I AM INTERESTED TO KNOW WHAT YOUR’S IS.

Taking Action:

1. Seek support.

Let your family and friends know when you’re going through a difficult time. Tell them how they can help you, whether you need someone to listen to you or just remind you that they care.

2. Pursue your interests.

Fill your time with enriching activities. Redecorate your living room or volunteer at an animal shelter. Sign up for an adult education course or buy a membership at a local fitness studio.

3. Make new friends.

Investing too much in a single relationship can be overwhelming for your friend and leave you vulnerable. Use this time to expand your personal and professional networks.

4. Practice self-care.

Avoid drowning your sorrows in junk food and long naps. Stick to a healthy diet and regular exercise.

5. Clear away reminders.

Temporarily, it may help to remove pictures and objects that remind you of a former friend. Box them up and put them away in a closet or spare bedroom. You can bring them back out when you’re feeling more stable.

6. Write a letter.

Putting your thoughts down on paper can be a safe and effective way to face what has happened and let go of the past. Focus on what you can learn from the experience rather than making accusations. You’ll usually accomplish more by keeping the letter to yourself instead of mailing it.

7. Be gracious.

You might feel tempted to make unkind remarks to mutual acquaintances or post negative comments on social media. You’ll heal faster if you resist that urge and resolve to rise above any pettiness. Wish your one-time friend well and prepare for your own happy future.

You’ll probably gain and lose many friends over the course of your life, but each relationship can help make you kinder and wiser.

Saying goodbye to a friend can be an opportunity to honor the role they played in your life and learn how to cultivate new and deeper connections.

Our passion is providing our students with the tools they need to manifest their life’s desires.
